…always! Certainly, there are situations in life where you hardly can afford to smile but still right in these moments force yourself to do so. I know it’s easier said than done and every now and then we are facing these situations where everything is against us and there might be no light at the end of the tunnel.
Welcome to 2018! A new year has just begun and I hear everywhere about the new resolutions of the people and how many things they want to improve to get a better person or whatever and there is just one word: Stop!
... the posture shirts 2.0. We all now that there are different perspectives when we're talking about how to position ourselves. In this blogpost, it's not about our attitude and opinion but especially about our body and its posture. And the key problem is clearly this one: We don’t move ourselves enough. We sit hours and hours in the office and we don’t find the time (and motivation) to get the balance of our bodies. And this may result in neck and back pain.
Ok sure, all the Netflix lovers know that I just adapted one of the name of the most successful television series into something that goes along with these photos. However, it has nothing to do with the TV series directly, but it works on different levels I’d say.
This saying is not wrong, but does not fit at every gadget when it comes to technology. We see more and more the bigger sized products, which are in focus of our attention. See the bigger iPhones and Samsung smartphones. When you've been used to your iPhone 5 then the newer iPhones are quite half an iPad.
