It’s that time of the year again – Christmas time. The time which is meant to be relaxing, quiet and smooth. But before we can enjoy some stress-free days with our beloved ones there is more stress than throughout the whole year, I guess.

When the weather is turning to get wet, windy and cold it’s time to think about a spa getaway. Honestly, during this season there is nothing better than relaxing a few days or even just for a weekend in a nice and cozy hotel to give your mind and body the best treatment deserved.
I love to sleep in after a tough time. Or let’s say, after a time without having a lot of sleep. It’s not tough in a bad way but still your body can feel it. If I’m totally relaxed then, I love to get up a bit earlier again and enjoy the morning time – with a run or just a walk.
Being vegetarian or vegan is nowadays totally trendy and almost everyone seems to live that healthy lifestyle. Personally, I am not vegetarian nor vegan, however I really understand and accept all the people pursuing these eating habits for whatever reason it is.
