Photography on a smart level…

Smartphone: Huawei

Recently returned from my short trip to Barcelona, one of my all-time favorite cities, I have so many good memories and an amazing new device in my pocket. I had the honor to be invited by Huawei Switzerland among a few selected journalists and bloggers to join the official press conference at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona where the new flagship device got released.

For that reason we all flew in to that sunny city the early Sunday morning a week ago. Our day was quite busy and packed with lots of interesting things to do and events to join. First we all started with our Swiss Huawei squad with a delicious brunch where we got to know each other better. Right afterwards we got more and more excited since we were on our way to the official press conference. We all couldn’t wait to see what the new smartphone has to offer and if the rumors heard will be confirmed. And we didn’t get disappointed. The new Huawei P10 shows a development in all areas compared to the previous device P9. And what stands out is the double lens camera which is again in cooperation with Leica and even improved with a better resolution and new features.

Therefore back in Zurich I just had to try out this new camera and we decided to do a blog shooting only with the Huawei P10. And the result? Convince yourself. In my opinion it’s just amazing. The pictures doesn’t look like shot with a smartphone camera. It looks like the professional pictures we usually take with a pro camera, even with the blurred effects in the background. Also it shows new angles and perspectives and has also an automatic focus.

Taking good photos got just set to a new level and to me it’s incredible what this little device is able to produce. And I am excited to show you soon more pictures or projects shot with this outstanding camera.
