Welcome to 2018! A new year has just begun and I hear everywhere about the new resolutions of the people and how many things they want to improve to get a better person or whatever and there is just one word: Stop!
But first: I wish you all a very happy New Year and all the best for the coming year. It may bring all the luck, success, health and lots of love and happiness for you. I want you to make your dreams come true and all the secret wishes become real.
But back to the resolutions. In my opinion it is useless to set high aims which you’ll never able to achieve. Rather set small aims to improve your quality of life or to get closer to a big goal. Therefore, this week is all about small but effective resolutions to get a better you. Such as for example drink more water and in general pay attention to your eating habits, which will improve your quality of life immediately.
And the most important is to step out of your comfort zone to get further to become a better you. Do things you always wanted to do but ever were afraid of. To reach higher goals you need to leave the comfortable environment otherwise you won’t get further but remain where you are instead.
That’s why I risked it once again to go on ice for ice-skating. Believe me, I felt very uncomfortable in the beginning but in the end it was a lot of fun, that much fun that I went one week later again.
Therefore, happy new beginnings!
Take care & write you soon...
