Going to the gym is boring! What other kind of sports do you practice? I could never motivate myself for going to the gym! These are only a few terms I often hear or get asked by telling what kind of sports I practice.
And of course, as you all know, I love going to the gym and I do it quite often. However it’s not the only thing I do. I like to experiment and try new things and also need the variety while doing something for my fitness. That’s what I am also trying to show you this week within my blog- and Instagram posts, like for example Tennis or Running as one of my favorite sports besides gym. And many more of course, which I might show you at a later stage.
But at this point, I also have to stand in for all my gym buddies since I just love it and not only doing it because I might have to since my job as a model is requesting that. No, it’s beyond that. Have you ever felt the feeling after a strong and effective workout? The muscle soreness, the freshness you have in your mind and the energy pumping through your body? If so, then you know what I am talking about. And if you see progress in your body transformation it is even more motivating. And a workout at the gym is, as well as going for a run, something you can do all alone. Not that I am prefering that, but in busy times it’s just easier to squeeze into your schedule.
In general, I would say that going to the gym, paying attention to your body, to your eating habits and doing something good for your soul is a way of life, a chosen healthy lifestyle. And once it becomes your lifestyle, it’s not that difficult to stick to it and keep the motivation.
