…is so important from time to time. Well, I can’t talk for everyone but for me it definitely is. I need to see different environments, different cultures, different people. Don’t get me wrong, I love where I live and all the lovely people around me. 

But sometimes, especially in these times right now, I need to break out, to travel somewhere to get a change of scenes. On one hand it’s kind of relaxing and getting a break from work but on the other hand it’s also a source of inspiration and a big push of motivation. When I travel to new places, discover new ways of living, new architecture, new cultural aspects and so much more, I get more inspired and more creative. 

I come up with new ideas, I think about my life a lot and what I have succeed so far and where I still want to go. It’s also the perfect time to set up new goals in every aspect of life, not just only business-wise. 

I mean, some people might not need this and they are very happy within their known environment. And that’s perfectly fine. Everyone is different and the most important thing is, that you don’t compare yourself with what others do and judge them according to your own mindset and values. Maybe it’s the right thing for them. Let’s rather be open-minded and accept and respect other people’s different behaviors or mindsets. 

So, for me the time in Lisbon was great for setting up my mind freshly for a big project which is coming up and I am so excited about it. About which I will tell you more soon, beginning of October. Can’t wait to share this with you.
