Well… What do I want? I do have everything I could wish for and I’m really grateful for that. All I can wish for is time. Time… Well, what a word these days, isn't it? Something we all want to have but no one really got. So I just wish a lot of time and that the time is not running that fast as it does actually. In the end, I just think that it’s quite simple. It’s just a matter of priorities – nothing else.
So this year, I’ve spent more time at the Christmas markets here in my hometown – with and without the camera. And you know what? I kinda like both. As you know, I do love what I’m doing so it’s never like “annoying work”. There are very very stressful times yes, but I do love the vibe in general, the way that leads to the results and the results by themselves. After all, it is always nice to see the result directly after the work is done, with a lot of creativity and inventiveness. To do what I love is such a great gift and I’m really happy to be able to do it. I do not know, what the next months and even years bring into life but I’m full of curiosity.
Back to the Christmas market: We’ve spent more time at them to be able to create nice content this year and we found really great spots. Phew, it’s quite a challenge though, as it is a really hotspot these days and foreign people shouldn’t be on the pictures, right? And to be honest, the struggle does not only lie in the amount of people there but in all the potential seductions. You can see delicious things at each corner and in addition to that, there are light shows, ice skating places and many things more. So, the challenge is really to stay focused and produce the content I’d love to. For you. And for me, of course.
My advice: If you want to create pictures, don't go there on an empty stomach. Otherwise the tasty things usually win and you do not get to the results you'd like to have. :-)
Take care & write you soon…
